Agree COBRA is expensive,, but even more agree WageWorks is a NIGHTMARE to work with. Make sure you pay early, my benefits were suspended after their site was down for 3 days and could not make online payment. I had mailed a check and they refused it.. had to file an appeal and got my benefits reinstated.

Yes, 401k deduction and Co match stops, though you can contribute on your own to an IRA.
Cobra is expensive, as noted, and you have to keep on top of it and make your payments early. They are a bit of a pain to deal with, but it is important to keep coverage.
Benefits end upon termination. You have to go on COBRA which is very expensive.
No, you do not get 401k, HSA, stock purchase etc deducted. Taxes I’m sure do though, so you go that going for you.
So while on severance you still get benefits and 401K?
"Paid out over your regular pay cycle, minus benefit/retirement deductions."
2 weeks per year of service, max of six months. Paid out over your regular pay cycle, minus benefit/retirement deductions.
If you are terminated at ADP for the nebulous "not being productive enough" reason, then you won't get any severance.
Keep in mind that severance is not a given for the firm but it gives them a chance to force the recipient to sign the agreement to get the payment, and that agreement is designed to protect the firm. It makes sure you can not sue them for unlawful termination and it also offers teeth towards the other provisions (non compete, future stock grants, etc). Don't get lulled into thinking that the firm is offering severance just to be charitable. They are protecting themselves for sure.
ADP may have done it in the past. And they may do it with the next round, whenever that occurs. But they can decide to no longer offer severance at any time they want. And they don't have to announce it ahead of time. So don't rely on "ADP does". There have been rumors for a while that the company was heading in that direction, but can't speak to the validity of the rumors.
What does a "non letter graded" role mean? Examples?
There is now a maximum of 6 months for any non letter graded role. 12 months max for any letter graded role.
True, but ADP does, unless you are terminated for cause.
I will be interested to see the answers to this question. Keep in mind that severance is not something that a company has to offer you ... at all. Companies don't have to give you ANYTHING when you are asked to leave.
