It is only worth pursuing legal action if the perp has assets to pay. The trajectory here is insolvency or sale at nickels on the dollar.
You must be imagining things dude.
They are one of the most ethical companies.
Because IBM got screwed for age discrimination for layingoff silver foxes and recruiting younger models, td must have used their analytics, or excel, to figure a recruitment campaign of young bucks only to cull them with the silver foxes, making it look like not picking on golden oldies.
They have fired old sol architect and currently open 12 positions in other countries. Is’t this legal ?

Umm.. 80% of their new positions are in San Diego, not India.

I doubt its fake. Companies can get sued if they fire a group and post their same jobs online..
