Our team has not been given a raise in at least 3-4 yrs.

That’s better than what WB Mason sales managers get. Sales Managers get a raise every 5 years or not one at all. That’s why many managers have left with exception of the kool aid drinkers.
My team got between 3 and 7% increases depending on performance.
yep nothing, not shocked there is only so much $$ and rebranding, FLA sales conferences and service on 6 billion of debt isn't cheap....but "we" are heading in the right direction
