Nestle is and has always been garbage. F em
If they quit wasting money on pos signage they would be way ahead in profits.
Problem with all the technology they use to run everything now ... you cant teach the computer to use common sense to problem solve . So you’re at the mercy of what the computer is told to do by the people that dont know how to get it done. Guess our shelf space wont look much different from Walmarts products .... empty .
Anyway, curious how many accidents we’ll have companywide on Monday ???
Spot on .... what id--ts actually let a truck leave with cheese Digiorno zeroed out when it is in the damn building ?!? DPI Halpern in Maryland had issues with loads coming in last minute too years ago, but the product always made the outgoing trucks before they left the lot ...
common sense tells you to just bring a pallet to the loading dock and throw the needed cases to fill orders on the tail of the truck
I don’t give a d..n what they do, just give me my severance pay & i will draw all my money out of 401k & move the hell on. I’m sick of Nestle mess smh!
Gentlemen unfortunately the train has left the station and there’s nothing that can be done, this is how these big companies operate they save money in some areas and they waste it in other in this case by creating unnecessary layers of management...
Is a done deal our opinions are just that.
If anyone has any substantial news please share for the good of us all!!
I agree with replacing whoever forecasts and orders for the warehouse. And the ones that put the notion in place that they can’t pull down a pallet from the rafters mid shift, so even if it’s in the warehouse, if it’s not down when they are picking they just zero it out. Edys sale we run out of core flavors, Pizza sale we run out of pep. All the waste product that I see our third party distributors throwing in the dumpsters. There’s plenty of places to boost sales and cut the waste....but no...we have to worry about our jobs cause others above us aren’t doing there’s. This company is top heavy.
I wish you guys would lay off Daniel loeb. Maintaining this thing can't be cheap and you b--tards are cutting into his profits

How about we just replace the guy that does the forecasting, then we won't run out of items at crucial times, and maybe we can make our numbers. I would've loved to have sold 50-100 Drum 16ct this weekend at Stater Bros. but instead I get to tell the managers we have none. Again. Maybe I can fake them out and use all the 8ct cones I have in back from the sale that never happened last week.
I have a feeling the millenials will buy up a whole bunch of outsiders pizza and save the day... or maybe it will all just go out of date...idk
http://www.nestlenow.com/ Get out while you can no matter what this meeting entails. When activist investors get involved, they don’t give up till they get what they want. Loeb is the epitamy of a selfish b--tard only looking to make himself more money.
This is the kinda stuff that happens when people dont use their safety cones.
Tax cuts at its finest 🤦🏻♂️
Everyone calm down. Remember DSD is here to stay!
They finally realized how overpaid everyone is.
This is just a meeting to fire all the people who were not DMO Compliant. Step into my office, you’re Fired!
Being a Nestle employee, and using my best judgement based solely on previous situations; I've come to the conclusion that I had a brain fart while doing fhf's and risk predictions and completely forgot what I was going to say...
How would getting a class A license help? If it would, maybe nestle will offer to help some get their class A?
Iron man dies.
The company that owns Schwans is upcoming Korean Food Company-/CJ CheilJedang they are looking to buy more companies in the us, so this would seem the right company to buy if Nestle were selling. I don’t see Borden buying since they are owned buy KRK and tend to buy companies that are in need.
Whole nother*
Let’s not bring religion into it. That’ll spin this in a while mother direction xD
R-E-L-A-X
God’s in control
Anyone interested in the DSL program? 😂
To be honest this company doesn’t seem to care much about us, preaches safety but yet leaves us with this much stress going into the weekend. What company does that? Also today was hard to be safe as I wondered if I’d have a job come Tuesday. But I’ll ponder all weekend.
They have great beer specials this weekend for cinco de mayo. Stay thirsty my friends!
To be honest I work with a bunch of lazy people and I wonder how they still have jobs. Managers hardly ever go see these peoples routes. Nobody is hitting numbers . I think they're gonna clean house and find a better way to make profit. I'm hearing from some DSL's that they're hearing warehouse. Everybody go get your class A's. 26 an hr right now
The last buyout I saw for FL was maxed at 12 weeks.
Winter is coming for us all!
Does anyone have any idea what buyouts are worth? Anything based off recent layoffs?
No offense, but a buyout doesn’t mean anything to me. They’ll pay us based on tenure and a 40hr work week. I haven’t seen a week under 55hrs in 6 months. And I haven’t been here long enough for a buyout to be worth anything at all. Although I know it doesn’t look good, going to hope it’s just a bit of changes but that we all still have jobs.

Acosta sales is probably taking over all the sales. For half the pay per hour you can go to work for them. Then they will lay you off in 9 to 12 months.
But sales are mainly AR. All they need is people to throw and deliver. Throwing ain't gonna be you. Should have unionized.
Dimitrios Smyrnios is currently CEO of Schwan's Co. Anyone remember this guy? If not he was the Vice President of Nestle DSD. Interesting, your thoughts?
Best case- another company buys pizza IC
Worst case- warehouse
Worst case happens you get a buyout.
Either way drink up this weekend and enjoy yourselves.
Don’t tell anyone but I haven’t used my mileage app in two while days.
This company pretends to care so much about safety. It's extremely unsafe to be working under the circumstances
It would be easy to go to the doctor and get a few days off due to stress
Man that’s a great point
Let's all think safety now company leaves us in the dark for 4 days and you're going to get into your car and go to work or into a company truck and you're supposed to be focused really
