I was laid off from ADP from a non super center location. I would love to hear from the workers at the super centers. How do you like the open office environment? How is it working like a dog and not getting any bonuses? How is the pay? Are you loving the work environment? No telecommuting at all? How are the clients liking the new customer service?
I am just curious what work life is like at the shiny new super centers.
I am the OP - I am not angry. I have moved on. I am honestly just curious about what life is like for the poor souls that work in the sweatcenters I mean supercenters.
Why would anyone work for such a corrupt business who cares nothing about their employees?
Your complaint about not receiving a bonus is surprising. Bonuses are not guaranteed. I worked for many years with no bonus. In fact, way back, just before Thanksgiving, the holiday bonus was a turkey, which eventually became a $20 or $25 food store voucher. Unfortunately, that practice was cancelled and we would get an email informing us that ADP gave money, to a charity of their choice, in our name.
While I did not get a bonus, there was no expectation. Instead, I worked for personal pride, and my pay check.
The shiny supercenters shine bright for the top management at ADP. For ordinary mortals, the ADP associates, it doesn't shine at all.
Oh and by the way, this is an observation, not a complaint.
So the OP is angry? Hmm... Interesting assumption to make. I don't seem to have that crystal ball that gives me that information about people. Maybe I can buy one at some store.
