It looks like the latest court order sides with Studio. The receiver wanted them held in contempt for their work trying to get things set up for AI and South, but that was not received well. The court ruled for Studio, stating that they were acting within the agreements already approved.

This Republic article is worth revisiting and may be the dastardly road map of events the kind judges should have considered and alluded to in their recent decision before slapping down the Receiver.
An order also exists whereby Studio is supposed to submit their Reorganization plan to the Court by the end of today. So we shall see...
wow, the judge is not happy on this one. either way, looks like the slimeballs picked an even lower bottom dweller to screw with DCEH all the way to the end. Seriously, IP addresses worth $1million from a defunct college system whos name has been dragged through the mud....trying to get that last receivership invoice paid.
I believe it means the Receiver will cut to the chase and declare Bankruptcy. There's no constraint on the Receiver's part to do a damn thing but let the whole mess go to hell at this point.
