Does anyone else think the new "non-bias" policy is ridiculous? They literally want us to treat shoplifters better than actual customers. Like, yeah, don't accuse people if they just look suspicious but 99% if they look shady, they ARE. There have been so many times I gave someone the benefit the doubt and they ended up stealing from us. There are stores now that have communities of people who know that Walgreens doesn't do anything about shoplifters, so they just fill up a cart and walk right out with it. I know they have insurance for stolen product, but they're basically begging to be robbed. Stores now are being told to not lock up Plan B anymore, and guess what gets stolen the most.
That's right, if you want to steal from Walgreens, they won't do anything to stop you or press charges. Why should people work for them when they can just make a living stealing from them?
