Thread regarding ADP layoffs

HR is not on your side!

Amazing how some people are so nieve to think HR is there for the employees. Take it from someone who worked at adp for over 30 years and was in a mgmt position, HR is there to support mgmt PERIOD! If you don’t believe this try going to HR and see what happens then reply back to this post so I can say I told you so!

This needed its own thread so more people could read it. Posted by @YCyJbGz-6xvv.

The worst move ADP Did was going to HR Shared Services. All an associate can do is submit a case and hope for the best. Most of the time it takes days, even weeks for a reply and typically from an “HR Specialist “ that has no idea what they are doing. A poor excuse for an “HCM” Company.

So glad I’m out of there.

Agreed, but it is good to go to HR first to report before going to the EEOC to get a charge to show that you did everything possible to try and resolve the issue through company policies and procedures. ADP has many EEOC charges that you don’t hear about because they are resolved privately. It is interesting for a HR company how horrible their HR operates.

Well then, if you overheard something once then by all means it’s true.

Long ago, I overheard an HR Manager- at a company I worked for - tell an employee via the phone in a condescending tone "HR. It means here's reality."

Don't trust HR! They do work for mgmt and the company. Not there for the employee!
