People don’t leave jobs. They leave bosses. The men who have been promoted to leadership positions at CDK leave a lot to be desired. They can’t think for themselves and are constantly keeping their associates down. Don’t question why. JUST DO.

Bad bosses give double promotion to their favorites. Why?? Coz they want their henchmen to be at the level where they can control the regular employees.
Atleast some of you in a PARTICULAR location should now see the bigger picture and get the F**k out while you still can. Ultimately all of you working there since ages and/or working with honesty.....will be fired first.
Rightly said and if it wasn't for my boss I would still have been at CDK. I quit because I could not stand his pig face and dirty attitude combined with worthless ego.
