Bass Pro Cabela’s LLC said we were eligible for re-hire after taking bonus/severance but I have found that to be untrue.

I am curious who told you that. Are you saying bass pro will not let you apply for a position with the company. As I understand you can’t work and receive a bonus or severance package at the same time.
