We do 70k a week at are consistently running on 360. S--- it up Susan.
How many scripts does your pharmacy do a week?
Why would a store doing 26K a week even be 24 hours? I work in a 24 hour store and we do 26K A DAY on 580 Demand.
I am 24 hr and do 40-45k on 342.. I only work about 30-35 hrs a week and am 2 weeks ahead on planos . Sounds like you need a better staff....
To original poster - my calculations are that you should be at 330
So quit whinning!!!
I hire everyone with knen knowing they will eventually be working in Rx. After onboarding and compliance training is done open a crosstrain Req and have them apply. After Rx Phase 1 is done do the job change to Tech. This is all assuming the new colleague is a quality hire and worth keeping. 50% of all Rx hires are supposed to come from the front to help reduce turnover. Look at your staffing a few months out. If you get to the point your overstaffed then work with your neighbor stores to pick up hours or transfer.
Lol 26k and 340 hrs. 20-23k here on 157 hours. Must s--- really bad for you

They can and do "say" anything if you dont challenge them. Unless you have proxy to rx associates you can not be held accountable for their actions. J

This is also what we were told in my district. Also it can be done. I work one hour a day in the RX and on my days off I have my opening shift work one hour. I am at target for MCC and I am doing 40K a week on 240 hours. Make a plan and work your plan.
