Stay offers to transition engineers Emea

Hey guys!

I heard Matt did a tour of the support centers to get poeple to accept his stay offers, and rumour is he is expecting something around 70% acceptance rate. How successful was he? Have a lot of engineers accepted? Was it a better offer than stay employees originally received?

sounds like b---s--- that he made up to make himself look good

in my BU the transitions are gone and stay are dropping like flies. nobody gives a f**k about broadcom's money because we can get paid anywhere. broadcom is a dehumanizing company and people are happy to walk away from the money.

The risk is if you choose to stay, Broadcom might divest you to another company, and then you might not get any severance package in the future like service people transitioned into HCL.
