I propose setting up a fund to help distribution center employees to get thru some very difficult time. The fund hopefully will be set up by bass pro which the owner of bass pro suggested be set up when corporate employees were laid off to give additional assistance to corporate employees . Please when you reply to this comment please do not say you speak for everyone just yourself.

I agree you do not need anyone's permission. Put up shut already, either do something about it or stop pissing and moaning that no one is helping or agreeing with you.
Then why don't you go ahead and contact Bass Pro or set of the fund yourself and quit posting about it on the site seeking validation for you and your cause.
Yes this is for real and I would be thankful for assistance offered from bass pro or any fund set up to assist distribution center employees thru a differcult situation.

I will be glad to answer where I am at . I have been in Sidney Nebraska over fifty years. I have worked for bass or Cabelas for almost thirty years. I am stating almost the exact comment of the bass pro owner did a little over a year ago and almost the exact comment of the president of Cabelas when the employee foundation was formed. Now about you answer where are you from and what background do you have to speak so negative of my suggestion. A prediction you won’t answer just post another insult.

To the last poster this isn’t your first time on this site . Do you think you are fooling anyone. What is your background. I might remind you a man stated almost the same thing I did when corporate laid off several employees. Also another man also started almost the same plan several years ago for Cabelas employees facing hardships . The men who took these actions were the owner of bass pro and the president of Cabelas and not a ex fired employee of Cabelas who I guess only purpose in life now is to try and see Cabelas employees suffer as much pain which he can clause . This is for real people a suggestion which resembles actions taken by ex very successful business men no matter how much the Cabelas hater dislikes it

Bass pro by law had to announce plant closure 60 day s before the plant is closed. The day it was announced this was a total surprise to all the workers I knew. I believe the date was March 8th it was announced.
Do you know how long the terms of the merger for the six directors last in the merger agreement. . Six years . I am sick of your hate for Cabelas employees and particularly distribution center employees. I suggest you pick up a book on severances pay and read it and what is common practice. Instead of what you do now you think to yourself I was fired From Cabelas and everyone from Cabelas need to suffer because my whole goal in life is to make this happen.
