Another 3-4 months, management will close the company

Looks like they have a completely new management team from their website - new CFO, CMO, CCO
Could be the last throw of dice or a sign of turnaround.
if it is something fixable then V's might have not left the company recently. Sales always shows animations and graphics to the customers and get the customers. Then customer understands the reality, what they seen in demos and what they bought are different. But it is not easy for customer to leave because the what MetricStream promised and what they got. Customers try to adjust and get the application what they want. Customers work with PS and spend hell lot of time to get what they required. Few months later after project live the fun starts. Always instability of the productions, data loss, slow performance, what not. Customers get ready to pull the plug, now MetricStream use their mantra that is upgrade. They say it is simple upgrade, but it takes 6-12 months to completes. With in this period customer frustration reaches to peaks. Platform issues, Appstudio issues while upgrade, you should see Platform and AppStudio leads attitude, i have never seen such irresponsible teams who doesn't care customers. Two AB's support them and such level of back up that these teams have from management and they don't care about the customer pain. Finally the day comes and customer pull the plug. Now the real wonder, the project head promotes to director or VP. I have seen few VP's and directors who had great history of loosing customers and getting regular promotions. This culture should change in MetricStream, the people who are responsible to loose customers are getting promotions, the people who don't respect customers have backup from management. With this attitude and management encouragement they will never retain customers even they get new customers.

What's the reason for such drastic action that is not fixable. Are sales dropping or customers leaving ?
Anyway we have three AB’s and more V’s working hard towards closing company.
