Why is it the grifters, cons, fraudsters and chiselers always want something of value for free?
Answer:
Maybe it's because the grifter, con, fraudster and chiseler they are trying to grift, con, defraud and chisel knows the drill.

The Receiver is a joke. He was hand picked by Dream Center. Has done little to help the faculty, students and staff of the closing schools. Screwed up deals to save the schools and needs to go.
Studio is getting the receiver removed. It will happen.
"The Receiver’s Separation Plan will require amendments to the MSAs and TSLA,
and *these amendments may require consent of the South Lenders. This consent
has not been obtained as of this date." 4/11/2019

Why not? And whose fault is that? Who Are these South Lender spooks?
This is called bad faith along with sickening foot dragging. The Spooks want the ATM but don't want to pay for it.
Declare Bankruptcy and quit the BS!
