Snowflake is a joke and I will stay a mile away. They will not be around in a few yeas. I hope Teradata gives us the option for voluntary work force reduction package. I will take the package and move on to bigger better things. Data professionals are in high. demand. Good luck.
If you do get this opportunity, make sure the severence package includes a good lumpsump payment. Depending where you're based,it can vary. So ask ex-colleagues or post here. Many will respond. Just don't accept the first one they offer.
