We just lost to Apple. Apple pulverized SM, and TC bent him over the judges desk, in chambers, and inserted his pe--s Apple got the royalty deal they wanted, they got a sweet six year pricing deal and rights to all our patents. Just crazy. Apple now, more or less, owns Qualcomm.
