Thread regarding SAP layoffs

Callidus folks are quitting left and right

Is this normal? As soon as the RSU’s were paid out, it was a mad rush out the door and now it is a ghost town here. Do they know something we don’t? Not just leadership team, it seems like almost every director and manager and even rank and file are lining up outside HR every day waiting for their exit interviews.

If this is normal and SAP knew it was coming, why didn’t they wait for layoffs before this mass amount of people resigning. It’s sad, we had a great company culture here and now there is zero motivation with such a bare office

Common after all SAP acquisitions. More than 70 now. Lots of history for ML model.
