Thread regarding Whiting Petroleum Corp. layoffs

So Whiting's CEO was involved in some misconduct at Anadarko. Not surprising.

There was word on the street that he had done these things, even before he got hired at Whiting. I am not surprised that Whiting hired another corrupt sleezebag.

The worst part is how he reportedly treated his subordinates who objected to his behavior. Calls into question the fact that he brought on people who don't seem qualified for exec positions from Anadarko and gave them great jobs. Certainly doesn't bode well for this company. Stock is tanking. We will pay the price.
