If there is truth to the rumors on this board that layoffs are coming in May, than the logical question that comes to mind is what kind of layoffs are we talking about? Are they going to be classical cost-cutting layoffs were they thin the headcount at different departments, or are we talking about layoffs that will be specifically aimed to cut specific positions?

No layoff... on hiring on full flow... stop the rumor about the layoff.
