They should have gave them their 1% or 2% raise before the vote.
One is legit. The other is complete BS. But I guess it depends on what side your on. And who is doing your thinking for you.

I assure you its not stall tactics. They are right to contest it for the reason they did.
I’d rather they take their time to get the correct result, rather than have it be a sham election.

Likely to be a NLRB hearing where both sides argue their point in front of ALJ. Afterward, final decision is made which of course may be appealed in front of the Board.
Probably won't know actual election results till Fall 2019.
Similar ordeal happened last year with union election in WV. Took 7 months after the election to find out who won.
This is common practice for companies where there's very close election.... nothing more than stall tactics if you ask me.
