At what point are we allowed to apply for unemployment with the State Labor Agency (is that the right name? here in Wisconsin? I work at the Calument Ave. Store in Mantowoc, WI and we are slated to be closed on 4/14. I never had to go through this process before, this is the first time I have to file for unemployment – so not really sure what to expect here?

I've done it last year, you HAVE do all things online in Wisconsin and I am not sure about other states. They make it easy. You can apply for Unemployment Insurance Benefits immediately after you are terminated.
