@tkr Yes full timers are there. They aren't gone. Someone is feeding you false news.
i haven’t accepted it yet only because i don’t know that much information about it
@Y94Mce0-nbv You're not giving them much incentive to want to keep working there by your statement.
Full time workers aren't in there. They are gone by the end of March or sooner. So sad.
Yea the offer is easy, let me rub my sweaty balls across your face as I take everything I can from all of you. Oh and you like my car? Keep working all that overtime and you can assist me in buying another one next year.
From what I understand and have heard from pretty reliable people is that commission amounts paid to employees will lower drastically. If this is true, who would want to make that c---roach money and not be compensated accordingly for it in return. It's a tactic to get people to quit so he doesn't have to show massive layoffs in the media and he'll be under the radar. All the while, Eddie sits in his yacht and repeatedly says Deez nuts all over those dirty workers faces. He mushroom stamps so many of you all every day. You think he stresses over all the court proceedings? Yea right, think again.
Everybody gets an offer. If you don’t have one that’s because of an error. Then you should contact HR. If you don’t accept you will be atomatically terminates by the said date. Pay rates should not change at this time. They are saying that you “should” be guaranteed until 01/2020 but that’s not a given. It could change at anytime. This agreement is nothing new it’s the same at things we’re at SHC. You can be let go, demoted or whatever at anythime like it’s been for MANY years. Signing this should be the last of your worries...
If you don't like the agreement, don't sign it and move on. Nothing is ever guaranteed, even with Sears.
You have to accept the offer to continue working
Look at the document carefully before agreeing to it
It says they will keep the pay “substantially “ the same and that can change pay and benefits at anytime
Which means if u agree to the document you could lose pay and u agreed to it
if you got an offer..what does that mean legally? do we lose benefits, vacation time...etc? Should we or do we have to accept offer to continue working?
