A family member is an engineer in engine components working on future models. I as many others out here are worried about our friends and family employed by Ford. Any chance this group might be ok or expect smaller cuts? Prayers to all going thru this.

LL5. LL6 and GSR level layoffs will begin first week of April, and will happen organization by organization as reorgs are finalized. As Ford switches to electric and hybrid powertrains, some engine programs will see heavier cuts than others. People in building 1 will be affected, just like everyone else.
