Does anyone have any regrets leaving this place? Has life been better?

I left MTV with no regrets. I make more money and have about 1/4 the stress. I lied one regret.... I should have taken a dump inside an etch chamber and pumped it down before I left....
Where did you guys leave Micron for?
Left micron in 2016. Now make over 2.5x what I made there. Life is good. That place is garbage.
Not a single second. There is life after the Cron and its great!
No regrets other than leaving Boise and some amazing coworkers. I was an engineer for many years. I now make more money, work less hours and don't stress over job security. My new company is solid and I feel valued. Micron's culture is the opposite. Very few are valued at Micron. I do not miss the incompetent middle management and supervisors who don't have a clue how to manage. My former supervisor told me to miss my son's school graduation to be available for a meeting. I did what he said for fear of being laid off. I regret that decision to this day. Micron will s--- the life out you and eventually lay you off no matter how hard you work or how well you perform.
