Anyone know exactly when the store is closing? I heard the ELT discussing its closing but they need to find a relocation property prior to making the announcement.

The same day as the grand opening of Westlake MD, Laura and Bill Artman "visited" the City View store. The visit consisted entirely of the two pulling into the parking lot and sitting in the car for about 5 minutes before pulling around to the back side of the store and then leaving without ever getting out of the car/going inside. (This, despite the fact that every team member was well aware that Laura was visiting the store. "Dog and pony show" aside, not a very good leadership decision by Laura in my opinion (aka, she came across like she could care less).) Afterward, the two supposedly visited a number of locations around/in Garfield Hts that could be the site of a potential new store. It is important to emphasize that, at least as of right now, a new location will be opened in/around Garfield prior to the City View store closing, unlike a number of rumors circulating in the community that GE is planning on closing the store without a replacement. Supposedly, and this is the one detail that I personally am unsure on, there is less than a year remaining on the lease at City View. It seems unlikely that a new store could be built in that time however.
