Henry Ford was an innovator and the disruptor. He didn't use consultants. There was no large group of intelligentsia that forsawe the internet, mobile phones, social media. We know have a large group of prognosticators prognosticating that the automotive industry will change more in the next ten years than in the last 100. I don't think so! Ford's current problems are one of their own making starting with Poor Quality, Lack of Product, Poor Financial Management (this is a Corporation's Bread and Butter) and Poor Selection of Leaders. It is simple stupid. Make High Quality Trucks. Make Mustangs. Make Sport Utility vehicles. Have vehicles that are for all people in all walks of life that is good value for money!!!! Ka-ching, Ka-ching!!!! Have a leader who can really lead!! Lasty, don't run a restructuring like this Clown Show. Kruger Industial Smoothing also went under lest ye forget.
