HPC and Accelerated Accountability

Call me crazy, but these new changes seem to have a lot of potential of causing some problems in the next year. Not sure how I would feel knowing that my manager has the ability of siphoning a portion of my bonus and raise and awarding to another management associate under their direction. Seems like it has the possibility of turning into favorites games.

And the accelerated accountability... Managers beware. It appears the 3 strike policy is going out the door? Anyone heard anything else about this? Looks like it's even easier to nix an an associate/manager who isn't "performing up to standards".

What does HPC stand for. Any thoughts of it's real purpose.

Is this HPC focusing on management or is it all associates? How would this affect say a cashier or sales associate?

The HPC accountability page is under construction, it said at one time you would have 60 days to improve, step down or take the 60 days pay and quit! I wonder if that is changing ?

Also what HPC will do to managers / associates who already have a coaching?
