Anything rumored specifically for this week? I know now that the layoffs are in progres anything is possible but has anyone heard anything about what’s gonna unfold in the next week? I would feel a little calmer if I at least knew what to expect.

Make sure your resume is up to date. Make contacts on LinkedIn. Don't be afraid to look even before anything happens. Sometimes these things are a blessing in disguise. And Ford deserves to lose their best people over this.
Next week should be quiet. Some orgs finished their redesign this week- which is why you saw GSRs let go. Those in orgs who are finished received an email saying they were safe. Other areas, like PD and the EPLMs, are still in progress. LL4/LL3 have been dispositioned. Layoffs at GSR-LL5 will not happen until mid May or June.
Nearly everyone I talk to is nervous.
Stealth by design. Fearful of data loss and intellectual property loss.
