There is no difference than with Managers that let certain ones of their employees put down that they work twelve hours a day and put in time for Saturday and Sunday and not even working or even showing up to work. That is how they go about it to justify not getting a raise..... Just put in extra hours and that is your raise.

I've been to HR and called the ethics hotline neither are there to support the employees. Absolutely no action was taken despite multiple complaints from several people. This proved to me and many others that HR is soundly on managements side. I will never waste my time again with the worthless HR "BS" department. So you should preach to someone who is still blind to the way things really are.
We have an ethics hotline, so if you believe that this is actually happening then please call it in. I get that this board is for venting, but of all the times taking action instead of complaining might achieve something then this is that opportunity.
Ahh now surely all of this is a mistake and all of this negativity towards management is unnecessary. Remember morals , ethics , core values and best practices are at the foundation of all our actions. Right ? Ya that's right Pay no attention to man behind the curtain.
They need to clean house - starting with those managers that think that it is ok to do something like that! That is not a manager that is fraud!
