Hi, Does any one knows what is the severence package sap is offering in India, i got to know that in Singapore it is 1 month for every year spent in sap, in US it is 2 weeks. if someone brought car from car lease policy, should we have to buy it if layed off?

1 month salary for each year completed.
For car lease, information is they are waveing off SAP component which includes road tax & insurance payment. This is not confirmed. Lessor component still need to paid by employee.
