Reach Out to Federal Judge If You Are Owed Money

Judge Dan Aaron Polster

He is the federal judge who keeps dragging Dottore back in to court. He ordered Dottore to report back to him regarding the status of the missing paychecks this Mon 3/18

As much as I want to file a complaint and all, would it even be worth the time and effort to deal with it? I want to but I also think it will be a wasted effort. It won't make our paychecks appear. Trying to just accept being that we were taken advantage of by these horrible people, but it sure is hard.

And less we forget who owned DCEDH-they were owned by Dream Center who does have money, they were a subsidiary. Not paying people who have worked is wage theft. Not paying benefits is a violation of federal law. Taking money for benefits that weren’t provided is theft. We shouldn’t forgot about this. Students shouldn’t forgot about their money that was stolen either. Accountability is needed for everyone that caused this.

To the person who writes this:

"What does it take for people to understand that there is NO MONEY FOR PAYCHECKS."

Thanks for sharing. No need to use Capital letters. Now what? We do nothing, just forget about it and move on. which is exactly what DCEH would like us to do. You make sure you do that. Are you still working for them?

Meanwhile, I will be calling the judge and contacting the Department of Labor

What does it take for people to understand that there is NO MONEY FOR PAYCHECKS. It's been weeks since the DOE cut off title IV funds which means there is no money coming in. The company used the student's stipend money to meet the last payroll in which some employees were not paid. With no money in the bank and no money coming in there will be NO PAYCHECKS.

In the case of the missing, (close to 16 million dollars) Mark Dottore had fired approximately 1100 employees during his investigation. He discovered that there had been misappropriation of funds and documents had been manipulated and falsified to gain access to students funds. Yet, no one is being held accountable for the missing monies owed to students. Ridiculous!! also, during Dottore's investigation, more funds were sent to Argosy University. Where is the money?!! I believe that it is time for a law suit, and criminal charges. How do we begin? please let me know. Pain and suffering will be included. This is horrible. I am sick about it.

The judge should have addressed this issue last Friday. So the "hold the verdict, hold the dockett Dottore has Polster in his pocket" lawyer joke still applies.

Last Friday we were told we would receive our final pay on March 15th...but were not paid.
