Anyone heard if we will be offered a severance package? And has anyone actually been told that their position was being eliminated ? I know that we were never given the courtesy yet of being told.

I really just find this whole transition very shady. During every other elimination any details were provided to those associates. Why should this transition be any different. This could be a life altering change for some. People may lose many dollars per hour finding another position.
You will also have to look at whether they offer a position for a farther drive. In my area they can offer up to a one hour drive. If you turn it down, did you just loose the chance at severance? If they offer a job and you turn it down you can loose the severance offer. Food for thought.
When I ask what happens to the PC or tc that doesn't get the people lead the MHRM said we will help them find another position or they will get
Severance . Look at the AMP this week for personal PC and tc has to be the administer of any upcoming job restructures. This is not going to be a pretty job to do, I am interviewing and may not get it and if I don't I will look at it as a better opportunity is out there. The more I read and the more that I see I highly doubt that this is going to be a dream position to have.
