The government can't protect people from the decision to spend $100,000 worth of tuition for an Art Institute degree with poor job prospects. It's why these schools went under in the first place. Halfway intelligent people stopped going to them, the jig was up, they went bankrupt, and the government pulled the rug out from under them.
