Anyone know if any adjuncts go paid? I doubt it and we are likely the least impacted, but that does not mean Argosy/DCEH should not be required to pay people the money they owe them or expect that the more marginalized workers will not expect their pay. Sadly, I guess those of us that taught in good faith until the doors closed (especially trying to get grades in for students, the poor soles most impacted) did so as charity, which I expected. But pay today would have been a pleasant surprise.

For what its worth, I have filed Unpaid Waged Complaints with the department of labor for both the states of Arizona (Dream Center) and Pennsylvania (AIO/AIP). We may never get a penny. But we should all at least file a claim so both state departments can see there is a problem.
I'm an adjunct as well based out of Atlanta. No pay also which was expected. Trying to reach HR Connect or getting into email from Argosy are also shut down. Paying their people would have been the right thing to do but from their past actions, most notably closing down last Friday with many of us only receiving 24 hours notice, I knew seeing pay was a long shot (at best).
So, when the paperwork arrives regarding joining the class action lawsuit against these 'showmen' I'll be all in.
Did not get paid either (adjunct)
Lawsuit anyone?
From the many messages on this board, it sounds like HR itself is laid off too.
I am full-time faculty and I did not get paid either. It's not only adjuncts
No one from receiver schools got paid last night. No money left. Thanks for working your last 2 weeks for free.
I did not get paid and reached out Stacie Carter at DCEH this AM... she signed the termination paperwork that stated the last paycheck would be today, March 15. Conveniently she is out of the office.
