Does anyone know what type of cuts are coming for customer care? Is it just at management level for job cuts or is everyone just guessing?

I heard CC is not part of the layoffs coming next week, but who knows. If it doesn’t happen next week, I think they will have to by the end of Q2 to meet CH’s targets.
