LaPorte should really be looking into Management upstairs. There are bullies that make employees look bad and will stop at nothing to criticize and put then down. The threats do come if you say anything or stand up for yourself. Do not go to HR because they do not stand up for you or keep anything personal. If you work hard you are critiized and if you do not you are handed the world. Watch your back.

Oh yeah, they're dyed in the wool Hatchet Men right out of The Hatchet Man's Playbook. They got where they are by destroying ppl, not by what they knew or how hard they worked.
