To all you Ford employees going through the workforce reduction......I wish I had something brilliant to say that would ease your mind, but I don't. Just know that you aren't alone. I just went through the same thing at GM and unfortunately, ended up part of their cut. There's going to be a lot of ups and downs, but in the end this will all work out. Somehow, we've all made it to this point in our lives and I'm sure have endured some dark times getting here.......but we got through it. The same holds true for this. I truly wish everyone the best.

Thanks, it does help to know we’re not alone. Most stressful time in my 28 years at Ford. I know some truly good people who got cut this week and the company could survive without doing this. Cuts haven’t come to my area/level yet but they will.
