The fact is that SM has his $$ in the bank and the looting is ongoing
No one at that meeting has a care in the world. Q could evaporate overnight and they would all still be set for life.
Other items : SM got his $15 million in his pocket. And another huge mountain of options. Guess he did something last year beyond layoffs and cancelled projects. Anyone know what ?

And granting each Board Director $280,000 of stock this week for their good job of directing QCOM and for a payoff to the directors by SM to not put SM on a PIP. Some of the directors actually attended the annual meeting in person to earn that money. How much worse can the looting of company Treasury be by SM, the execs, and the Directors?

SM wasn’t as upbeat at the meeting like he usually is. I wonder if the Board put him on a PIP.

Has anybody seen the climate survey that SM referred to as proof that employees are not complaining? The survey contradicts the complaints I’ve read on this site.
