Im at 2804 okc belle isle our sm was gone for 2 and half months helping another store and on leave now hes back regional coming this week and its inventory time wtf
H&W is the big joke. Especially D49 the one best way was written by someone who doesn't know or cares to know about how an optical truly operates. The frame are arranged in a format that makes it hard to shop and hard to replenish. Tablets dont make great sales tools to elderly customers and PROBE forms are for nobody who is s professional Optician. Its all a joke.
What’s happening with the business office associates ? With the smart system going away will there be a need for business office people to stay or is a manger taking over that responsibility?

Leadership will do whatever they want. At WMT, you have to fight for everything. Therefore, if your leadership abuse their power, you must be willing to fight back. Gather evidence and file an Ethics Complaint. When they retaliate, which they will, file an EEOC complaint. If you are unwilling to stand up for yourself, no one else will. It is that simple. Quit whining all the time, and be a man. Quit being a sniveling coward.
