One bad apple will spoil the whole barrel, especially if it's a vp or rd. And it usually is one of those 2 positions.
There are some bad eggs in high positions that would make me agree with the original comment. However there are a lot of people doing things the right way for the right reasons. Stop generalizing everyone into one bad group. The money that we are taking to the bank every day is real since they don’t accept anything but.
There is a lot of truth on this board, I am glad that I don't work for such a dysfunctional company. I know some good people that work for rac and the morale is low.
