Has anyone found out info on the People Lead schedule?

It will be a salaried position, nights weekends and holidays.
We had a training session on efile we ask lots of questions, all that was said they are looking into compensation, and they aren't sure about schedules. Personally I think they aren't telling because it's going to be salary, just my opinion
It's ridiculous that someone in Personnel couldn't tell you what your raise will be. Exceeds is a 4% increase, Meets is 2%. Takes effect March 30.
Good luck getting answers. I got my evaluation last week but they couldn't (or wouldn't more like it) tell me how much my raise will be. It might be a percentage or it might be a flat rate but I'll just have to wait and watch for it on my check. I'm a level D supervisor. I got exceeds. My personnel mngr said 30 or 40 cents. That's less than the people that got solid performer and got 2%. This company is getting worse all the time!!
We were told store training will be at the Academy. Sometime in July. Seems like mum is the word because they don't want us long term PC/TC to take it. They want to get rid of us.
My exact thoughts! Have you heard where the out of store training will take place? Wondering why we cannot get more information so we can really decide if this is what we want!
MHRM won't commit or tell what schedule will be. All we know is evenings and weekends and holidays. Do I really want to do this?
