By the time any of these investigations and lawsuits finish the campuses will be long closed, the money dried up and the culprits moved on to scam others. By some accounts 5 years or more. Very sad.

I love how the troll on these boards keeps threatening people “lawyer up”…”it’s gonna get uglier”…”I told you you better come clean”! Like you really have some kind of valid, realistic knowledge of any magnitude of this whole sordid story? Come on now, none of us buy it! No one is going to be held accountable…just like the demise of any other University in recent years. BR or any DCEH exec have wiped their hands clean, and will walk away 100 percent and not be touched. It’s very unfortunate, but we all know that is how it will play out. If you think these crooks are going to be held accountable, you’re sorely mistaken.

There were far worse entities in the so called "Enron scandal" than Enron. One of the most successful smear jobs and lies ever perpetuated. Fortunately, not much published here so far will be perpetuated. Let it play out before you write the book!
