Devon wasn’t the best employer in the industry as it is, and with the manner in which they performed layoffs they have created so much uncertainty that could possibly never end. I get the people that don’t have a choice, but think the smart thing for most of us is to at least try to apply at other companies before we get hit.

I am certain that these latest cuts, meant to bolster the EH$ team in the ABBU, will ensure more unqualified and uneducated eh$ “professionals” have opportunities to collect useless data and carry on the genuine HH sticker program. Bah. I’ll just ride it out some more. I think my liver can take it. ;) Honestly, I am going to use the time to learn and get better. They have admitted that there is no career path. Learn on thier dime.
