Qualcomm boosting chip prices

Great. While we lost our most significant customer and our business practices are being questioned worldwide Q is boosting ship prices, and in times when we have the biggest competition. What do they want to do, lose more customers?

"Qcom charges $7.50 in total for a component"

Why is this an issue for this board? People here are constantly fell@t!ing Apple, which increases their prices by the hundreds of the dollars. They feel sorry for Apple because Qcom charges $7.50 in total for a component that makes an iPhone not an iPod Touch.
