The blind leading the blind. New Clueless unqualified leader of MM. granted they laid off my team a few weeks ago. after I sold more all year than people on different teams(who still have jobs). If Chris is the future of MM techs leadership. Y’all doomed. If someone out there disagrees , please speak your peace.

It seems it is like that in all departments. They laid off the most seasoned, smartest, most productive associates. Associates that knew not just Staples but the were the most knowledgeable in their field and industry. They laid off two leaders in Furniture each with over 30 years experience and left in place people with zero or less than ten years of industry knowledge. It is either pure insanity or they don’t want anyone that can say anything but “yes, SD you are the smartest person alive”
It is almost like they want it to fail, because I don’t Janie of any organization that fires their most knowledgeable associates and expects there not to be severe consequences.
