How long can University of Phoenix operate all those ghost campuses?

Does anyone know how UoPX-Virginia Beach is doing?
No one really knows. Management keeps everyone in the dark and they lie anyways when they say something. The company is good at cutting costs and terrible at enrolling capable students and providing a valuable education.
