More nursing staff will be added in Brigham and Women's Hospital in 2019. This is a good sign, the hospital is thriving. I know there are issues with the hospital but at this point it's much better than most of hospitals in the country. People just need to be patient and things will get resolved.

Partners Healthcare (BW is only a "shell company" now) has "huge" numbers of contract and 3rd party employees. Its harder to see how well & stable this staff is
