The crazy thing is that Kaiser Permanente is constantly holding itself up as the national model of health care. If it can't keep it's own Business healthy, why would the entire nation want it taking over their health care? What? suddenly those 400+ people (100 of which were pharmacists) were not necessary to the well oiled machine Colorado Kaiser Permanente has been claiming to be?

Almost 100 pharmacist (union and non union) are having their positions eliminated. Tell me how that won’t affect patient care

Amy Whited claims the reductions are not effecting the quality of care. They are certainly effecting the convenience of care - ask Evergreen and others whose procedures have been relocated. They are also maxing out their coding capture. Making it more costly care. If the executives keep telling themselves the lies they continue to tell themselves a lot more people are going to have to get laid off.
