Happy that leaving after 15 years of service. It is not worth working in drowning ship. Most of the good people are already left. Who are staying in qcom either they never get job outside because of their skills and knowledge. Based on the talents I can say 60% employees are useless. Hope in the next lay off they are targeted. But my experience is that those will survive.

I left this past summer, could not be happier. Definitely better places to work.
Let me thank you for your years of service, your current management team will not. They are a real classy group.
Good luck dude of 2/14. I sure things will look up for you as QComedy continues on its slow slide to QBeGone. Gotta dash, so busy with all these QChaos meetings !
Congrats. Q's attitude of manpowering to the lowest H1Bs and 'work-life inbalance' is clearly leading to cost savings - the good folks leave !
Congratulations! Given that you are 15 years in and done, did you have to move for the new job? Or is it in a commutable distance? Asking because I have a family member with ties to the SD community still at the q. Very competent, just at the worst career/kid juncture and moving elsewhere won't be easy.
Valentine’s Day Kiss to you sweetie.
I left Q for one of the big ones after 15 yrs as well. I miss my team and the work we did at Q was top notch. What pushed me to look out was seeing really low quality folks with no background chosen to lead projects which were key. This along with the fact that out business team s---s (ask how many top school mba even consider Q..half of them are ex engineers fro. Test teams with outside exp) and all the strategy getting outsiurced to bcg was just too hard ...and I a still surprised that there is no change in the management team
Congrats! Once you see that what happens at QComedy isn’t normal, you’ll wonder what took you so long to get out.
